In the on-trade channel, Winche works with more than 20,000 customers (among Hotels, Restaurants and Catering) spread all over Spain and Portugal. Depending on each client's needs, we offer different specialized teams:

A Sales commando, composed by experts in the channel, whose activities increase the sell-out through products distribution and presence. They improve the brand image by acting as the retailers prescriptors.

Brand Ambassadors, whose profile combines PR and Sales tasks, with outstanding relationship and commercial skills. His/Her responsibilities include improving the brand image by organizing shows, tasting events, food and drinks special activities... At the same time, there is an increase in distribution and visibility by selling new products, applying promotions and fostering customer loyalty.

POS, They are responsible for managing the point of sale on the customer product portfolio . Visit local promotions to strengthen and achieve an increase in the order. Also manages the placement of POS material and other agreements with local visibility .

Bricolaje, jardinería, decoración, Comandos, vendedores

Winche works with all those POS specialized in Do it Yourself, bricolage, decoration and others.

This channel needs to be treated with a differentiated approach because of the target audience's characteristics.

In the DIY channel, other than the outsourcing services, we offer the Commandos special service. These actions are performed at the wholesalers level and operate towards an increase in sell-in.

Winche's sales force is multi-etnic, knows the different languages, the channel and the work methodology, the medias and the different cultures' traditions.

This allows us to establish good relationships with the main wholesalers, which are a key factor to achieve an optimal distribution.

We know perfectly the network of the point of sales included in this channel (tobacco shops, convenience shops, gas stations…). We optimize routes to incorporate the maxim number of visits maximizing the effectiveness.

We have a TaskForce specialized that visits PetShops and veterinary clinics. Due to the growth of the sector it’s very important the management of the sales point to boost undetermined purchase and avoid out of stocks.
